Shah Rukh Khan Becomes Brand Ambassador for This Gurugram-based Realty Firm
On becoming the brand ambassador for the realty firm, Shah Rukh Khan said, “I have always believed that greatness is achieved by those who dare to push boundaries. Led by Rakesh Kapoor, Ravish Kapoor and Akash Kapoor, Elan Group has a portfolio of 15 projects spanning residential, commercial and mixed-use development.
Gurugram-headquartered realty firm Elan Group has roped in actor Shah Rukh Khan as its brand ambassador, the company informed this in a statement on Friday.
Elan Group, in the statement said, “with Shah Rukh Khan as the face of the ‘Elan Group’, ‘Elan’ Brand is all set to further transcend the boundaries and redefine opulence and sumptuousness”.
Led by Rakesh Kapoor, Ravish Kapoor and Akash Kapoor, Elan Group has a portfolio of 15 projects spanning residential, commercial and mixed-use development.

Elan Group, meanwhile, is planning to invest approximately Rs 3,000 crore in developing an ultra-luxury residential project ‘Elan – The Emperor’ located in Sector 106, Dwarka Expressway. The area offers seamless connectivity with major urban hubs. Residents enjoy easy access to Delhi, Indira Gandhi International Airport, and Gurugram’s bustling business districts.
The project is also strategically positioned near the Diplomatic Enclave and Yashobhoomi Convention Center, cementing its status as a prime residential destination.
Last year, the Gurugram -based real estate company awarded a contract worth over Rs 500 crore for the construction of Elan Imperial – the first Luxury Mall of Gurugram.
Elan Group’s upcoming project ‘Elan The Emperor‘ is part of its 50+ acres premium township in Sector 106, which integrates residential apartments, branded residences, a high-end mall, a luxury 5-star hotel, and premium office spaces. The project comprises a total of 580 units spread across five towers, with a total saleable area of 28,70,000 sq. ft.
