Indiabulls Enterprises Sells ₹1,000 Crore Worth of Gurugram Project Units in 30 Days of Launch
The Indiabulls Estate & Club project is located on the Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram and is spread across 24 acre. It offers connectivity to key business hubs in Gurugram and Delhi-NCR.
Indiabulls Enterprises Ltd shares will be in focus after the company on Wednesday, February 19 said it has sold 195 units in Indiabulls Estate & Club, exceeding the value of ₹1,000 crore in 30 days since project’s launch on January 14, 2025.
The project is located on the Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram and is spread across 24 acre. It offers connectivity to key business hubs in Gurugram and Delhi-NCR.
“Its location, coupled with a focus on green living and high-end amenities, positions it as a notable entrant in the city’s evolving luxury housing segment,” the company said in an exchange filing.
Shares of Indiabulls Enterprises ended 4.95% higher on Wednesday, February 19, at ₹16.32 per share, after declining 26.4% for nine consecutive sessions.
The stock has fallen 19.25% in the past month but has gained 40.33% in the past six months and 19.12% in the past year.
