Hero Realty Launches New Residential Plots At Alaknanda Township, Haridwar

Hero Realty, the real estate arm of Hero Enterprise, has announced the launch of its latest plotted residential phase at Alaknanda, one of Haridwar’s most prominent freehold townships. Spread across 4.7 acres within the larger 88‑acre development, the new phase introduces more than 170 plots ranging from 80 sq. yd. to 250 sq. yd., offering buyers flexibility to design homes tailored to their preferences.

Strategically located on the Delhi–Dehradun Highway (NH‑58) and adjacent to Patanjali Yogpeeth, the township enjoys excellent connectivity to Delhi‑NCR, Dehradun, Rishikesh, and key hill destinations. The project is positioned to attract both end‑users seeking tranquil living environments and investors looking for long‑term land appreciation.

Rohit Kishore, CEO of Hero Realty, noted that Haridwar is steadily emerging as a preferred destination for second homes and wellness‑driven living. He emphasized that the new plotted phase offers buyers the opportunity to build dream homes within a thoughtfully planned township that blends natural surroundings, modern infrastructure, and strong connectivity.

The development features amenities such as a mini basketball court, multipurpose hall, kids’ play area, badminton court, and a fully equipped gym. Its proximity to educational institutions like GD Goenka Public School and IIT Roorkee, hospitals including Patanjali Ayurvedic Hospital, and religious landmarks such as Mansa Devi and Har Ki Paudi further enhances its appeal.

Construction at Alaknanda began in December 2025, with possession expected by February 2029. The project is being developed through internal funding and project approvals, with execution support from third‑party contractors selected via competitive bidding.
