One Group Developers to Invest Over Rs 1200 Cr in Mohali; Secures Rera Nod for ‘The Saavira’ in Gurugram

Realty major One Group Developers has planned to invest over Rs 1200 crore to develop a series of residential and commercial projects in Mohali. The real estate company will invest this amount over the next two years in the project development. With this, the company is expanding its footprint in Punjab’s booming real estate market.

One Group Developers is gearing up to launch multiple projects, including low-rise independent floors, residential plots in Sector 98, and an upcoming group housing project. The plans are also underway to develop premium commercial spaces in prime sectors of Mohali.
The low-rise projects and plotted developments are already in advanced stages of planning, while land acquisition for the group housing and commercial segments has been completed, with planning activities set to begin shortly.
ONE Group has already established a strong presence in Mohali with the successful delivery of landmark projects such as ONE Rise in Sector 99, ONE City Hub, and One City Hamlet in Sector 98. Building on this legacy, the company aims to elevate the residential and commercial landscape of the city with its upcoming developments.

ONE Group Secures RERA Approval for Ultra-Luxury Project ‘The Saavira’ in Gurugram
ONE Group Developers has received RERA approval for its much-anticipated uber-luxury residential project, The Saavira, located in Sector 48, Sohna Road, Gurugram. This milestone marks the company’s foray into the high-end luxury segment in the region, with an estimated sales potential of Rs 400 crore.
Strategically positioned in a prime location, the real estate company secured the RERA approval in the financial year 2024-25. The Saavira will feature an exclusive high-rise tower (G+25) comprising 72 meticulously designed 3.5 and 4.5 BHK luxury residences. The project, developed on land allotted by the Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP), is scheduled for completion by 2031.
