The real estate project is set for launch soon as the sample apartment, experience center, and sales gallery are ready at the site. The company is optimistic about the project’s success, given its prime location and current market dynamics.
Location of Tarc’s New Real Estate Project in Delhi-NCR
Tarc Limited’s new real estate project is strategically located in Sector 63A. The project will be a residential project for modern living and urban sophistication. It is situated near important business districts, entertainment centers, educational institutions, and healthcare facilities.
The area has excellent connectivity to nearby Golf Course Extension Road, Sohna Road, and National Highway 48. Thus, it is well served by public transportation, ensuring hassle-free commuting for residents.
Earlier this month, the company in a statement said, “TARC 63A: The project is set for launch, with the sample apartment, experience center, and sales gallery ready at the site.”

Recently, the realty major made a remarkable achievement by selling a real estate project worth Rs 1400 crore in the national capital. The project – ‘TARC Kailasa’ is strategically located in an iconic address of Kirti Nagar’s Patel Road. Due to its unmatched amenities and prime location, the realty project has gained a high demand for quality and luxurious living spaces in the national capital. This is one of the biggest projects of the real estate company in the national capital. The realty major has appointed Arabian Construction Company (ACC) as the EPC contractor.
Tarc Limited’s FY24 Performance
In the previous fiscal year, TARC Limited achieved its highest-ever presales, totaling an impressive Rs 1612 crore. In addition, the real estate major also achieved its s highest annual collection to date, reaching Rs 415 crore.
