Luxury Real Estate: Anant Raj Ltd Unveils Ultra-Luxury Residences in Gurugram, Soldout Within Few Days
Anant Raj says it plans to introduce more projects within this township in various phases over the coming years.
The luxury real estate in India is picking up fast as companies after companies are focussing on this segment. Now, with the launch of its ultra-luxury project, ‘The Estate Residences’, real estate company Anant Raj Ltd is focussing on their 200-acre integrated residential township in Sector 63A, Gurugram. The township has a composition of Villas, Floors, Commercial and Group Housings.
The Estate Residences features just 248 units of spacious 4 BHK residences, totalling over 1.00 million sqft of saleable area.
Signifying demand in the market, the units under the project have been completely sold out within a few days of launch. In a statement, Anant Raj Ltd said it plans to introduce more projects within this township in various phases over the coming years.
Anant Raj Ltd’s founder chairman Ashok Sarin said he also plans for the affordable housing project in Neemrana, Rajasthan, tailored to meet the needs of industrial workers. One more such project in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, represents another step towards enhancing the living conditions of factory workers.
