Hero Realty collaborates with Panasonic Electric Works India for co-branded luxury homes in Gurugram
Hero Realty, the real estate arm of Hero Enterprise, has entered into a strategic partnership with Panasonic Electric Works India, part of Panasonic Life Solutions India, for co-branded luxury homes in Gurugram.
The collaboration aims to deliver co-branded residences at its flagship ultra-luxury residential project “The Palatial”, in Sector 104 along Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram.
Under the partnership, Panasonic Electric Works India will deploy a comprehensive suite of electrical, power and smart solutions across 150 select residences at The Palatial, Hero Realty said in a statement on February 6.
The “limited-edition” residences will be offered in 3.5 BHK and 4.5 BHK configurations, with prices starting at Rs 5.25 crore onwards, the company said.
Commenting on the partnership, Rohit Kishore, CEO, Hero Realty, said luxury is increasingly defined by intelligent living experiences and Hero Realty’s partnership with Panasonic Electric Works India enables us to integrate globally trusted, AI-driven technologies into our residences, with a strong emphasis on wellness and purified indoor air.
“At The Palatial, homeowners will experience living spaces that are smarter, safer, healthier, and future-ready. As homebuyers increasingly prioritise wellness-led living, technology has become a cornerstone of modern luxury,” he said.
The partnership focuses on building smart, future-ready homes anchored by power and electrical systems by Panasonic. Smart home automation, building management systems, security and surveillance solutions, and energy-efficient appliances, enabling residents to manage their homes seamlessly while enhancing comfort and security will complement these systems.

Beyond electrical systems, the residences will feature smart lighting for homes and common areas, integrated security and access control, video door phones with multi-level security.
Spread across around 11 acres, The Palatial comprises high-rise towers and expansive residences, anchored by a 57,000 sqft clubhouse and curated lifestyle and wellness amenities. Located along the Dwarka Expressway, the project offers connectivity to IGI Airport, Aerocity, Cyber Hub and key Delhi-NCR destinations.
Hero Realty is developing over 5.2 million square feet within the National Capital Region (NCR), Punjab, Uttarakhand, and Himachal Pradesh. The company has built 230 acres of industrial parks in Haridwar.
