Ashiana Housing To Invest Rs 750 Crore In Developing A Residential Project In Gurugram

Listed real estate developer Ashiana Housing will invest Rs 750 crore in developing a residential project in Sector 80, Gurugram. Spread across 10.8 acres, the project will offer kid-centric living environment.
The project will have 542 units across six towers. Each apartment includes HEPA filtered Fresh Air System and over 9 acres within the project are dedicated to green and open areas, including landscaped podium zones, an adventure forest, a football ground, a Miyawaki plantation, and a block plantation.
“From the vehicular-free ground level to the learning hub, sports spaces, and greens, has been planned to offer children a safer and richer childhood. Our goal was to create a place where children can explore freely, mothers feel supported, and families feel complete,” said Varun Gupta, Whole-Time Director, Ashiana Housing.
The project is connected to NH-48, Dwarka Expressway, Southern Peripheral Road, and the KMP Expressway, offering easy access to Delhi and key job centres in Gurugram. Eight retail units are included within the project. Phase 1 is scheduled for completion by July 2030 under RERA timelines.
The project is being funded through internal accruals, IFC support, customer advances, and ICICI Pru NCD-backed financing.
Ashiana Housing has delivered several kid-centric projects, including Ashiana Amarah in Sector 93, Gurugram, Ashiana Town in Bhiwadi, and Ashiana Umang in Jaipur.
Ashiana Housing’s portfolio includes over 55 projects across four categories – senior living, premium homes, elite homes, and kid-centric homes. With presence in 8 cities across India, Ashiana has constructed and delivered over 23 million square feet. The company currently manages and maintains over 19 million square feet of residential and community spaces under lifetime service contracts.
