Elan Group Awards Rs 1,100 Crore Construction Contract to Leighton Asia for Gurugram Luxury Project

Elan Group has awarded a significant construction contract. The contract is worth Rs 1100 crore to Leighton Asia. It is for the ultra-luxury residential development, Elan The Emperor. The project is located in Sector 106, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram. This development is part of Elan Group’s 50-acre integrated township. The collaboration aims to deliver excellence in luxury living.
Realty developer Elan Group has awarded construction contract worth Rs 1100 crore to Leighton Asia, part of the Australian CIMIC Group, for its ultra-luxury residential development, Elan The Emperor in Sector 106, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram.
Elan The Emperor is part of Elan Group’s 50 acre – integrated township, designed to be a future forward ecosystem of luxury living.
The Construction contract for Elan The Emperor covers nearly 5 million sq. ft. of built-up area.

The group has already tied up with architects, urban designers and construction experts including UHA London, SWA Group, WET Design, HBA (Hirsch Bedner Associates), CD+M Lighting Design Group, Mero Contractors, DSA Engineering, LERA and Thornton Tomasetti.
Leighton Asia has been awarded significant Civil and MEP contracts by Elan Group for its ongoing projects which includes Elan The Presidential, Elan The Imperial and now Elan The Emperor. The total value of these contracts is approximately Rs 3000 crore. These contracts cover a total built-up area of approximately 12.5 million square feet.
