Elan Group to Invest Rs 1,600 Crore in Developing Luxury Residential Project in Gurugram

Gurugram based Elan Group will invest Rs 1,600 crore to develop a ultra-luxury residential project in Sector 49, Gurugram.
The builder has launched 230 4BHK residences in its initial phase of Elan The Statement, spread across 5 towers with each home ranging from approximately 4,300 to 4,500 sq.ft. Designed by global architectural firm Benoy from London, UK, the project will have metal and glass façade.
“Sector 49 stands today as one of Gurugram’s most promising and well-developed growth regions—a neighbourhood where infrastructure readiness, thriving commercial hubs and evolving lifestyle expectations coverage.
The market here is clearly moving towards luxury residences that offer not just scale, but design excellence, privacy and meaningful lifestyle experiences,” said Vineet Dawar, President-Sales & Strategy, Elan Group.
The group has tied up with Fortis for 24×7 medical centre.
Sector 49 has emerged as one of the city’s most aspirational sectors with Gurugram’s residential expansion moving toward the southern corridors. The region has transformed into a premium destination defined by lifestyle-led developments, upgraded infrastructure, and connectivity to Cyber City, Golf Course Road, and the Southern Peripheral Road.
Over the past 3 years, property values in the region have risen by nearly 74%, while rental values have grown close to 50%, highlighting rising demand and strong long-term appreciation potential. Upcoming metro expansion and enhanced roadway networks will further elevate the region’s appeal for luxury homebuyers.
