Emperium Group Housing Project in Gurugram

Realty firm Emperium group will develop a new housing project in Gurugram with an expected revenue of nearly Rs 170 crore, as part of its expansion plan.
In a statement on Tuesday, the company said it has launched a residential project, ‘Emperium Titan’, at Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram.
The project, spread across 1.03 acres, will have 74 apartments, each sized 1,906 square feet.
“The residences are priced at Rs 2.45 crore per unit, with the company targeting an estimated revenue potential of Rs 167 crore from the project,” Emperium Group said.
Ravi Saund, Founding Director, Emperium, said the housing demand continues to be strong in the Gurugram market.
Gurugram-based Emperium Group has so far delivered 1.68 million sq ft of real estate.
Since its inception in 2017, Emperium Group has delivered homes to over 6,000 customers in more than 14 projects in Gurugram, Panipat, and Yamuna Nagar.
According to the real estate data analytics firm PropEquity data, housing sales in Delhi-NCR increased 13 per cent to 12,141 units in the January-March period from 10,723 units in the year-ago period.
