Godrej Properties sells Rs 2,600 crore worth apartments in Gurugram project

Godrej Properties, the real estate development arm of the Godrej Group, has sold over apartments worth over Rs 2,600 crore in its project, Godrej Aristocrat, located in Sector 49 on Golf Course Extension Road Gurugram.
This is Godrej Properties’ most successful launch ever in terms of the value of sales achieved, surpassing the previous best ever launch worth over Rs 2,000 crore at its project, Godrej Tropical Isle in Noida last quarter.
Golf Course Extension Road is an established residential location in Gurugram which provides access to high-quality social infrastructure and is in close proximity to established commercial establishments on Golf Course Road, Golf Course Extension Road, and Sohna Road.
“Gurugram is an extremely important market for Godrej Properties. We hope to launch four new projects in Gurugram in 2024 and will endeavour to create outstanding residential communities that deliver long-term value for residents,” said Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO, Godrej Properties.
Godrej Properties have done multiple acquisitions in and around NCR post covid.
It also acquired around 62 acres of land in Kurukshetra, Haryana, to develop 1.4 million sq ft of plotted residential development.
Godrej Properties had also acquired two land parcels for a residential project in Noida from the local authority through an auction for Rs 377 crore, as it continues its aggressive expansion in the NCR.
