Omaxe Group launches ‘The Omaxe State’ with Rs 2500 cr investment in Delhi’s Dwarka
The Omaxe State in Dwarka Sector 19B is expected to be completed by 2027 and will have a revenue development potential of Rs 4,200 crore. The project will be India’s first integrated 5-in-1 destination with sports, retail, hospitality, food and culture arena featuring a state-of-the-art cricket-cum-football stadium.
Delhi NCR-based listed real estate developer, Omaxe Group has launched India’s first integrated 5-in-1 facility for sports, retail, hospitality, food, and culture. The project ‘The Omaxe State’ will spread over 50.4 acres in Sector 19-B of Dwarka suburb of the national capital, the company said.
The ‘The Omaxe State’ project is being developed in partnership with the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) under a public-private partnership (PPP) model, with an investment over Rs 2500 crore. The project is expected to be completed by 2027 and have a revenue development potential of Rs 4,200 crore, the company said.

This development will bridge a significant gap in Delhi’s infrastructure by offering a world-class venue for sports, shopping, and entertainment. We are thrilled to contribute to the city’s growth and elevate its profile with this unique 5-in-1 destination,” Mohit Goel, Managing Director of Omaxe Group, said.
The Omaxe State will feature a world-class, modern ICC and FIFA-standard International Cricket-cum-Football Stadium with a seating capacity of over 30,000 people, as well as an international multi-sports indoor stadium that can accommodate 2000 spectators, the realty firm said on September 2.
The project will have around 5 lakh square feet development dedicated to food and beverage segment and will have over 40 fine dining restaurants, night and day clubs, sports bars, three drive-throughs, a food court, rooftop restaurants, food kiosks, food trucks and banquet facilities, the company said.
Beyond retail, the Omaxe State will include Delhi’s exclusive invite-only sports and leisure club, a 75,000 square feet E-Sports arena, and a 148 room hotel. The complex will also feature a large banquet space with multi-level parking, an event arena for social and cultural events, an Olympic-sized swimming pool and top-tier facilities for tennis, badminton, squash, basketball, and football.
Omaxe Group was founded in 1987 by Rohtas Goel and was listed on the NSE and BSE in 2007 and is present in 29 cities across eight states. Omaxe has delivered over 132 million sqft of realty space. Omaxe has another 22 million sqft of space under construction, including seven ongoing integrated townships, five group housing projects, and seven malls, office spaces, hotels, and SCOs.
