Rs 510 Crore! Trinity Awards Contract for Its Luxury Project ‘sky Palazzo Residences’ in Gurugram
Realty major Trinity will soon start the construction of its premium residential project in Delhi-NCR. The Gurugram-based developer has awarded the contract worth Rs 510 crore for the construction of — Sky Palazzo Residences–– to BL Kashyap and Sons Ltd, a renowned construction company.

Located along the rapidly expanding Dwarka Expressway, the project received RERA approval in March. The real estate company has targeted to complete the premium residential project by 2029.
Trinity’s new project is a first-of-its-kind real estate project in North India featuring the region’s first man-made beach residences. With this new design, the real estate project will set a new standard for luxury living in the region.

Every unit features a four-sided open design, a double-height deck, a private lift lobby, and an expansive 3.65-meter floor-to-ceiling height, making it an architectural statement of opulence.
