Smartworld Developers invests ₹1,200 crore to develop Trump Residences in Gurugram
NEW DELHI: Smartworld Developers will invest ₹1,200 crore and has tied up with Tribeca Developers to develop a residential project – Trump Residences Gurgaon in sector 69, Gurugram.
The company is looking to generate ₹3,500 crore in sales from the project.
Smartworld will be responsible for the development, construction and customer service of the project. Tribeca Developers, the official representatives of the Trump brand in India, will lead the design, marketing, sales and quality PMC.
The project will include two 51-story towers with 298 residences.
